Asthma and Allergies Can Be Caused By Low Immune System

There are many of people suffering from asthma but it can become worst if it combine with your allergy. Asthma and allergies is the situation most of people don’t even realize and they avoid it but as it become worse people having this start having problems like low immune system, being so much of unconscious and many more. These are the signs of asthma and allergies if you think that you are suffering from this and want to be healthy once again then there are some of things you will have to think about.

A lower or weak immune system can cause many of diseases such as allergies, lupus, asthma and these are only some of them as the list just goes on. Your body immune system generate WBC (White Blood Cells) these are the only soldiers in your body those fight against the harmful bacteria, viruses and other harmful chemical particles so that you can be strong and fit always, but sometimes these are quite big in numbers that make us ill but having a good immune system helps you to get healthy once again.

If you don’t have a good immune system then it will take too much of time to get healthy and you will get ill so early when a small numbers o bacteria or viruses attack your body. That is why doctors recommend eating healthy always and eating so much of leafy and green vegetables so that you can generate a strong immune system.
